The filling of the salmon roll feels ordinary, but the restaurant has come up with something new by lighting a fire next to the roll, turning it into a flame roll! The salmon has a slight grilled effect and caramel is added on the outside, which makes it taste a bit sweet and crispy. It is unexpectedly delicious!

🍱九公丼 $178
A bowl of rice with a lot of ingredients! There are salmon, scallops, sea urchin, salmon roe, crab meat, toro paste, grilled fish fillet, and prawns. The sashimi is fresh, I personally prefer the prawns, which have a sweet and fresh taste. The salmon and scallops are cut into small pieces!
