2025😋Good food with friends Teppanyaki recommendation

I went to Firefly in Tsim Sha Tsui with my friends and enjoyed an inexpensive and high-quality lunch! The restaurant is located in Tsim Sha Tsui. The environment is quite large. It is divided into one side for Teppanyaki and one side for omakase. There are also several rooms dedicated to Teppanyaki. After ordering, the staff said that you can write down wishes or blessings on Ipad to put out the sky lantern, quite special, write and put it out on the big screen 😆 I knew to write beautifully ~
This time for 4 people, ordered two for two people, respectively, lobster and bacon, each $ 1190! Dinner Teppanyaki can drink free sake for 2 hours (lunch Teppanyaki is 1.5 hours), and free seaweed cup🤤 First serve sake, seaweed cup, then eat black caviar goose liver steamed egg, you really start Teppanyaki!
Mine is South African bacon, with seaweed sauce. The bacon is very tender, the black truffle sauce is more fragrant, and the salmon caviar is added to the top. The lobsters were fresh and big, and the meat was very satisfying~
The sake-cooked mussels was a surprise. The mussels were very plump and the soup was sweet. I rarely drank the whole bowl and felt unsatisfied😆
The caramel flavor of the foie gras toast is just right, the goose liver is fragrant and not too greasy. The master teaches that you can bite a little lime juice at the end ~ to make it feel more cool! The sauce-cooked white squid is beautifully presented, with crispy fish skin inserted in the middle, like a squid floating in the middle of the water🐠 The fish is tender enough, and it goes well with the onion soup!
Japanese black pork is very characteristic, using the Western wood smoking method, with cherry blossom wood smoked, so eat in addition to the aroma of pork, but also with a little fragrance 🌸 Thin grilled A5 Wagyu, wrapped in onions and fried garlic, enough crispy!
After eating the meat, I was quite full, but the cherry shrimp fried rice was very attractive, full of aroma, dry rice, and finally ate the whole bowl 🍚 The package includes pickles and soup, then dessert, Japanese pistachio ice cream, cold enough and not too sweet ~ This meal is satisfied and happy!
