Mong Kok|First time trying Teochew style hotpot. Chiu Cheng Teochew Hotpot (Mong Kok)

The weather is cold and we went to have hot pot again. This time we went to have Teochew style hot pot. This place has 2 floors, the environment is a bit like a cold feeling, using a rare Gas stove to have hot pot.

Beef bone soup $68
The soup is clear and has some beef bone flavour, with some corn, carrot slices and celery cubes.

Key handle $78
The handle of the spoon is the meat above the front leg of the beef. It has less fat. Cut it into thin slices by hand and cook it for 8 seconds before eating!

Lamb slices $68
The smell of lamb slices is not very strong, I can accept it if I am afraid of smell!

Corn and pork dumplings $33
The dumpling skin will be thicker and have more corn and pork filling.

Fish skin dumplings $33
The fish skin dumplings function normally.

Teochew fishballs $33
The fried fishballs are quite tasty. I ordered this snack before the oven was boiled!

In addition, the sauces here are quite complete, basic ones are available, in addition to soy sauce, there is also a garlic oil to increase the fragrance.

💯 Tasty Index: ❤️❤️❤️
