Authentic Korean Cuisine Run by Koreans in Tsim Sha Tsui.

After a tiring OT, I went to Korean Street in Tsim Sha Tsui to find something to eat. I've tried many places there, so this time I wanted to find a new restaurant. I saw a restaurant named 'Busan Chamber' and knew they specialize in Busan cuisine.

Busan Chamber Iron Plate Seafood Jjajangmyeon
Thick noodles are placed on a square iron plate and cooked with a generous amount of black bean sauce. A few shrimps are added, giving it a somewhat liquid texture with a salty taste.

Pork and Kimchi Stew
The orange-red broth indicates it's kimchi-based, with a sour and spicy flavor. The stew contains kimchi and pork, served piping hot.
