Eat in Tsim Sha Tsui | sips;;lban | Must-try Omurice and Soufflé

Waffles and her bestie had a dinner together at the #Korean coffee shop sips;;lban in the Ocean Terminal.

The restaurant recently changed its menu, #Omurice looks very attractive, with six flavors to choose from.

I chose the Wagyu burger and foie gras omelette rice ($158). The Wagyu burger under the egg was very thick.

The staff helped cut the eggs, put the foie gras on them, and poured the sauce over them. The wagyu burger was meaty and juicy, a top-notch creation. The foie gras piece was quite large and the cooking time was well controlled. The sauce looked quite dark but not very salty.

The cheese and mushroom hot dog ($92) looks just like the one on the menu. Even a girl might not be able to finish it. The bread is soft and the sausage is thick. It is topped with cheese and mushrooms, which is very rich. The side dish of fries is small and crispy and delicious.

For drinks, my friend ordered Matcha Milk ($46), which had a nice color and latte art.

For the hot dog and drink, Waffle ordered the restaurant’s recommended fresh milk coffee ($42). As soon as it was served, I could smell the aroma of coffee and it tasted good.

To relieve stress, you need to eat #dessert, #soufa, choose one of the three.

Finally, we decided to order the most abundant Stone Street Soufflé ($98), which comes with chocolate, almonds, marshmallows and mini OREOs. First try the original pancake, which has a rich egg flavor. The addition of chocolate paste makes the taste more layered. The chocolate paste is fragrant but not sweet, and you won’t feel sick even if you eat a little more.

The two of us ate and chatted for a long time. We ordered a pot of the popular flower tea ($52), which was a pleasant surprise. It had a lot of tea leaves and was very delicious with the addition of flowers and fruits.
