The restaurant offers a spacious setting with floor-to-ceiling glass windows that provide a stunning view of the Golden Bauhinia statue and Victoria Harbor, creating a relaxing and pleasant atmosphere. The staff deserves praise for their friendliness and politeness 👍🏻.
For lunch, the "Heritage Gourmet Set Menu" for four people is priced at just $988. Considering the tourist location, beautiful views, and Michelin-level quality, plus the inclusion of live Australian lobster, it’s an incredible value.
Meticulously crafted dim sum:
🥢 Bamboo Shoot Shrimp Dumpling King - Thin, translucent skin encasing fresh shrimp and bamboo shoots.
🥢 Lo Han Bean Curd Roll - Exquisitely presented, crispy and delicious, a delightful surprise!
Also, 🥢 Black Truffle Crystal Dumpling with a translucent appearance and 🥢 XO Sauce Steamed Chicken Feet with a flavorful kick.
Seasonal and hearty soup:
Papaya and Black Fungus Pork Rib Soup - The broth is fresh, sweet, and rich, served warm in individual bowls to comfort the stomach.
The main course features live Australian lobster with three cooking options. We chose "Freshly Shelled Lobster Ball with Vermicelli in Clay Pot." The lobster is shelled and cut into bite-sized pieces for convenience, with tender and sweet meat. The vermicelli absorbs the lobster’s rich flavor, and the clay pot cooking adds a smoky aroma, making the dish incredibly fragrant.
The Crispy Skin Princess Chicken is prepared with a thin, crispy skin and tender, juicy meat.
Finally, dessert is a must 😘! Red Bean Soup paired with nostalgic Gold Leaf Sesame Rolls.
