Don't forget Tin Shui Wai

Last Saturday afternoon, I went to Tin Yiu with my aunt and we had hot pot.
We chose Set B $308 Australian M7 beef brisket set.
We also saw several new soup bases.
One in particular was really interesting—
Milk Cheese Pot~ perfect for a milk lover like me.
My aunt chose the Coconut Twin Pot~ full of coconut aroma.

When the staff brought it over, we found the soup base was a dreamy pink😍
There was a bottle of milk for you to add yourself—making the whole pot rich and milky—highly recommended.

🐮 Australian M7 Beef Brisket
Evenly marbled, rich beef flavor, tender texture
🐮 Selected Beef Chuck Tender ~ tender with beefy taste
🐮 Australian 250-day Grain-fed Carabeef
Firm texture, perfect for those who care about beauty and can eat more without worry
🐷 Japanese Kagoshima Tea Pork Shoulder
🐷 Spanish Corn-fed Pork Shoulder Slices
Both 🐷 were quite a surprise, clearly tender and smooth

Can't miss Taiwanese drinks, really need to drink enough to get your money's worth.
Drinks:
Iced Giant Pineapple White Peach Oolong, less sweet ~ really big cup, quite refreshing
Iced Winter Melon Tea ~ made with real winter melon pulp
Iced Winter Melon Milk Tea ~ fixed sweetness, this combo is not bad
Among all the drinks, I liked the Condensed Milk Tea the most
Strong tea flavor perfectly balanced

Outside at the self-service area, there are various vegetables to take yourself.
Grab some back, and don't forget the crispy fish skin & pigskin jelly.
For condiments—my aunt kept praising the plum vinegar, saying it makes the beef less greasy when dipped.
We also ordered Lan Wang raw egg (one per guest only).
Dipping any meat in Lan Wang egg enhances the meat's aroma.
Taiwanese Cuttlefish Paste ~ quite chewy
Prince Noodles ~ can't miss the sweet and tasty Prince noodles

Taiwanese snacks:
🐥 Salted Crispy Chicken ~ not dry at all
Taiwanese Sausage ~ very juicy, addictive
Durian Bomb ~ a must-eat for durian fans
🐥 Shaoxing Drunken Chicken ~ chicken pieces very flavorful, strong wine aroma
Spicy Duck Blood ~ very tasty
Night Market Tempura ~ crispy outside, chewy inside
Yilan Scallion Meat Pancake ~ would be better if hotter
🦐 Tainan Shrimp Rolls ~ also not bad

Desserts:
🍼 Morinaga Milk Pudding (one per guest only)
Really like this pudding, a must-eat in Taiwan, rich milky flavor and very smooth

Durian-flavored Popsicle (one per guest only)
My aunt said it has a strong durian aroma, very good

One scoop each of vanilla & chocolate ice cream, very satisfying
