Haven't been here for a while, but the restaurant is still bustling with popularity. The decor is modern and stylish, with sparkling lights hanging all around, creating a glamorous atmosphere. We happened to be celebrating my best friend's birthday, and the dining vibe was excellent! The restaurant space is spacious, so even with many diners, it never feels crowded, and the food picking process is smooth.
The buffet dinner offers a wide variety of choices that are dazzling. The delicious foods you can enjoy include wagyu beef, lobster, king crab, oysters, foie gras, abalone, and fish maw. Just these few items alone are worth the cost.
The chilled lobster meat is fresh, tender, and bouncy. Also, the freshly shucked oysters are a big highlight—medium-sized, very clean, smooth in texture with a natural seawater taste. A simple squeeze of lemon juice is enough to enhance the flavor, and the quality is quite good.
The pan-seared foie gras is coated with crispy breadcrumbs and drizzled with balsamic vinegar sauce, making us go for several more rounds. The Saga wagyu beef is thick and juicy, becoming our high-quality value choice.
The hot food section is equally impressive, with stewed soup, ginger pig's trotters, braised fish maw with abalone, and Japanese black pork sukiyaki all at a high standard.
The dessert section is surprisingly delightful, with exquisite varieties. You can even ask the chef to draw flowers and write blessings on the plate. Plus, the freshly baked molten chocolate cake is delicious and full of ceremony!
