Great location — you can take A31 bus from the airport straight to the hotel, and there are lots of restaurants and malls nearby. The sea view from the room is stunning!
But sadly, the service was disappointing. A lady in a black mask at the front desk had a very bad attitude - poker face, rolling her eyes during every interaction. Next day morning we were stopped by security when trying to eat fast food in the lobby, even though others nearby were having Starbucks and McDonald's without issue. Very unfriendly vibe.
Only one of the two elevators worked, and it was confusing and far to access — even after we complained, nothing was fixed during our 6-night stay. The bathroom design is also poor - the shower leaks everywhere, and I slipped due to the wet floor.
Great views and location, but I wouldn't stay again because of the terrible service.
