Went to Beef Master again~ Their flavors never disappoint me, but the biggest challenge is choosing what to try with limited stomach space🤣
Beef Master🏝️ Summer Coconut Festival🥥
Two limited-time hot pot bases were so tempting that I ordered a dual-flavor pot. 🥘 Laksa Coconut Summer Pot: The ratio of laksa paste to coconut milk is just right, with fresh milk balancing the spiciness. The overall flavor is rich and not greasy, highly recommended! 🥘 Papaya Coconut Chicken Pot: Comes with plenty of ingredients. Ripe papaya paired with coconut water offers a fruity aroma and the subtle creamy fragrance of coconut water. There’s also some coconut meat, red dates, and goji berries, making it sweet and nourishing, equally delicious!
♨️ 120-minute all-you-can-eat Japanese A4 Wagyu hot pot 🍲
Each person receives 2 Australian M9 Wagyu beef balls, a seafood platter, and unlimited abalone. ✨ The seafood platter is very rich, including oysters, abalone, razor clams, and scallops.
Meat 🥩 choices are abundant. My personal favorites are Japanese A4+ Wagyu and Iberico black pork shoulder, both flavorful and tender. 🥓 The sake-marinated tender beef tongue has a hint of alcohol aroma and a chewy texture, quite unique.
Additionally, several coconut-themed special snacks are offered:
🥓 Coconut Crispy Popcorn Pork:
Pork fried to crispy perfection, sprinkled with shredded coconut and popping candy. The sweet and salty mix is fun, with the popping candy crackling on the tongue—quite enjoyable.
🍟 Coconut Forest Volcano Crispy Fries:
Fries are crispy outside and soft inside, coated with spicy powder, very tasty. I paired them with coconut milk mayonnaise, which has a sweet coconut aroma that balances the greasiness of fried food.
🍢 Golden Coconut Shrimp Balls:
Shrimp mixed with shredded coconut and coated in batter, fried to golden brown. The outside is crispy, and the inside is tender, bouncy, and juicy.
🍠 Taro Coconut Milk Crisps:
A must-try! The taro is soft and smooth, the coconut milk fragrant, topped with a layer of crispy coconut flakes for a rich texture. I personally love taro and found it delicious, though it’s quite filling😋
🍹 Cocktail Special - Pink Peach Coconut #PinkuPaloma
The pink cocktail looks beautiful, 🍑 fresh peach mixed with coconut rum, sweet and fragrant with a hint of alcohol aroma, topped with light bubbles from Sprite and a caramelized brown sugar finish☺️ Very tasty!
🍸 Cocktail Special - Iced Lemon Coconut #MalibuLemonade
🍋🟩 Fresh lemon juice blended with Malibu coconut rum, a bit of orange peel syrup, Sprite, and fragrant lemon bits. The lemon is refreshing and crisp, the coconut rum smooth with a creamy note, and the finish has a subtle orange peel sweetness. This one is also very good! 👍🏻

An alcoholic cocktail, very refreshing. The evening "Japanese A4+ Wagyu" set includes free unlimited drinks. The evening "Australian Premium Wagyu" set offers unlimited drinks for an additional $68, or $58 per glass à la carte.
