Rosie, a Beautiful Cafe at Kwai Fong Plaza

After work, my husband and I came to a beautiful cafe called Rosie located in Kwai Fong Plaza. The environment here uses a lot of wooden elements, creating a natural and warm atmosphere that feels cozy and comfortable, making it a great place to relax.

For friends who love pasta, this place is definitely your paradise. Affordable prices with a high-end experience, completely different from chain store pasta.

We ordered the "Lobster Bisque Crab Meat Scallop Pasta." The soup was rich, the scallops tender, paired with handmade noodles—every bite was a delight.

The "Scallop Pumpkin Risotto" perfectly combined the sweetness of pumpkin with the freshness of scallops, offering a rich texture.

We also added several snacks at a discounted price of 20 HKD, including "French Fries with Black Truffle Mayonnaise," "Shrimp Toast," and "Garlic Chicken Wings." Each snack was delicious. The fries were crispy on the outside and soft inside, paired with black truffle mayonnaise—truly exceptional. The shrimp toast was crispy enough, and even the garlic chicken wings were very tasty, satisfying every bite. Finally, we added a "Garlic Fried Mushrooms" at a discounted price of 18 HKD, which was equally outstanding.

For drinks, I ordered a coffee called "Blue Jellyfish," colorful and tasty, perfect for taking photos.

To perfectly end this meal, we decided to have a dessert, "Chocolate Lava Cake with Pistachio Italian Handmade Ice Cream." It really felt like the perfect ending. It was my first time seeing a lava cake shaped like this—very special. When the cylindrical piece was removed, the handmade ice cream slowly flowed down, giving a healing feeling and tasting absolutely delicious 🤤
