Sham Shui Po has developed quite a hipster vibe in recent years, and a newly opened cafe here gave me the same feeling as when I traveled in Taiwan! It’s cat-themed, the owner is warm and friendly, and the atmosphere is cozy. Pet owners can also dine outdoors 🧡

Pan-fried Salmon with Tomato Fish Soup Udon
👩🍳 Homemade fish broth is rich and flavorful, the tomato soup is appetizing and tasty. I couldn’t help but drink some of the fish soup before enjoying the udon. It includes fresh tomatoes, tofu, coriander, and spinach, paired with pan-fried salmon cooked to a golden crisp. The salmon is topped with black pepper, making it even more delicious.

Black Sesame Panna Cotta
A delightful surprise, the black sesame aroma is strong and the panna cotta is extremely smooth and flavorful. Even when full, you’ll find room for a second helping 🖤

Blueberry 🫐 Yogurt
The yogurt is rich and smooth, mixed with fresh, sweet, and healthy blueberries 🫐
