Food and drinks are provided throughout. The entire 3rd floor consists of suites, and international corporations and financial institutions have purchased suites at Kai Tak Sports Park, including HSBC, DBS, PwC, Coca-Cola, and Marriott Bonvoy. Only VVIP/Private Bank account holders have the chance to be invited. Marriott Bonvoy points can be redeemed for suites at Kai Tak Sports Park to watch concerts, "at only 50,000 Marriott points" for 2 suite tickets. Members can use points to redeem events worldwide, such as F1 races and football matches, which also offer Marriott suites.

Kai Tak Sports Park mainly includes Kai Tak Stadium and Kai Tak Arena, both available for concerts and music events. It normally accommodates 50,000 spectators. Concerts held at Kai Tak Stadium can use either a "three-sided stage" or "four-sided stage" setup, both allowing about 35,000 seats to be open.

The 2nd-floor stands mainly cover sections 201 to 240. For concerts with a three-sided stage design, the stage is usually set up at the south stands, and sections 233 to 240 are expected to be temporarily closed. Sections 203-204 and 230-231 are expected to be the farthest sides beside the stage, while sections 216-219 face the main stage directly.

The 5th-floor stands mainly cover sections 501 to 540. Sections 501-505 and 536-540 are expected to be closed. The farthest sides beside the stage are expected to be sections 506-507 and 534-535, while sections 518-523 face the main stage directly. The 5th floor can be divided into upper and lower levels; the lower level is approximately rows A-M, and the upper level’s highest position is around rows AA-QQ.
