There’s plenty of bacon inside the mashed potatoes, giving a smoky and chewy texture when bitten.
The amount of mentaiko and onion soy sauce is just right.

The fried shrimp are quite large, minced pork is wrapped around the shrimp before frying.
When eating, you get the springy texture of the shrimp but also the tender softness of the minced pork, a double texture experience.
