Raccoon Family Tastes Mediterranean Lebanese Cuisine in Central

Mediterranean cuisine has always felt mysterious to us, and there are few opportunities to try it in Hong Kong. Tonight, the four kids from the Raccoon family came to a Mediterranean restaurant in Central that serves Lebanese dishes to enjoy the food. The interior is exquisitely decorated, fully reflecting the unique Middle Eastern style. The lighting is dim but highlights the mosaic blue lamp patterns, and the seating is comfortable, definitely immersing you in a strong Mediterranean atmosphere~

In addition, the restaurant offers nightly song and dance performances by a sexy lady dancer. This is a characteristic feature of Lebanese and Turkish local restaurants. You can enjoy your dinner while watching the performance, creating a very lively atmosphere~

Hummus Beiruti & Pita Bread
The chickpea puree is smooth, mixed with olive oil to enhance the aroma. Paired with fresh, hot pita bread with a crispy crust, this appetizer has more layers of flavor.

Busterma Platter - Air-dried Beef Platter

Cheese Sambousek - Cheese Fried Dumplings
At first, we thought it was Nepalese dumplings. The outer layer is golden and crispy, with hot, tender, slightly salty cheese oozing out. Served with mint yogurt sauce, it’s refreshing and delicious~

Lemon Garlic Shrimp
The large shrimp is bouncy and sweet, infused with the aroma of garlic and lemon. Olive oil and cilantro add a Mediterranean flair to this dish~

Mashawy - Grilled Chicken, Beef, and Lamb Skewers & Shakriya (Chicken with rice and yogurt)
The skewers are rich in Mediterranean spices. Surprisingly, the chicken is the best—tender and fragrant. Next time, we must order a big platter of skewers to fully enjoy! Shakriya is a Mediterranean specialty dish made with yogurt sauce and chicken, somewhat like Chinese cuisine, making it very easy for Chinese people to accept~

Desserts: Pistachio Rice Pudding & Kunaffa Turkish Cheese Pastry

Cocktails - One Thousand One Nights
We chose a cocktail made with lychee, rose, citrus, rosemary, and sparkling wine. It has a strong fruity aroma with a floral rose scent, very layered.
