A Hidden Cafe Near Tai Kwun

Today, I found this cafe opposite Tai Kwun in Central. This cafe even won the coffee specialty champion this year🏆 They recently launched five new specialty coffee blends centered around the coffee flavor wheel☕️

The presentation of this drink is very special; it glows, allowing you to better see the layers⭐️ The blackccino foam on top is made from fruity coffee beans, combined with homemade lemongrass and butterfly pea flower syrup. The base of the drink uses roselle and rose tea🌹 The whole drink has a floral aroma and tastes quite refreshing.
♦️Tropical
The barista uses nutty coffee beans to make a cold brew with a unique flavor, featuring a fragrant dark chocolate taste☕️ The bottom layer includes mango puree, pink guava juice, coconut ice, and dried pineapple slices. This combination offers a rich texture and a strong fruity sweetness🍍 I especially like the coconut ice in the cup, which slowly melts to create different layers, enhancing the drink’s flavor.
♦️Mocha
You can see the barista’s dedication in the latte art, and the design is quite intricate🥰 This mocha has a very rich flavor with a strong chocolate taste🍫

Signature Tofu Sandwich
Seeing it was the restaurant’s signature, I ordered one to try😮 This sandwich completely surprised me! The outside uses thick toast, and inside there’s a piece of fried silky tofu, shredded cabbage, and the most special ingredient is the sriracha chili sauce👍🏻 The sauce is the perfect finishing touch, making the otherwise mild ingredients stand out🥪 Highly recommend everyone to order this filling sandwich.

Mentaiko Seafood Pasta
The pasta toppings are impressive, featuring large scallops, pan-seared salmon cubes, and salmon roe on top🐟 The pasta underneath is made with mentaiko, making the whole dish very flavorful🍝

Besides the special drinks and excellent food, the environment here is very comfortable. It’s really a great place to come for a photo and enjoy brunch👍🏻
