Specializing in Modern Asian style, WAKARAN offers a 4-course Brunch on weekends and public holidays (HKD 298 per person), including appetizer, main course, dessert, and a special ‘fried mantou’.

🌟 Bread n Butter Milk Foam
The ‘fried mantou’ is crispy on the outside and soft inside, paired with a condensed milk-flavored milk foam on the side. The combination creates a novel texture and is worth trying!

🌟 Maki Taco (Salmon/ Crab)
The seaweed is fried to a crispy texture, paired with sushi rice and fillings, delivering a rich and surprising taste. The salmon taco is a bit mild in flavor; personally, I prefer the crab taco.

🌟 Steak & Fries (+78)
A 250g charcoal-grilled beef shoulder steak sliced and laid over fries, served on a sizzling plate. The beef is cooked to the right doneness with a relatively strong beef flavor. Overall, it’s decent.

🌟 Today’s Special Dessert (Fermented Bean Curd Cheesecake)
The first bite is quite surprising 😂 because the fermented bean curd flavor is prominent while still retaining the cheesecake’s original aroma. To celebrate a birthday, the dessert was decorated with “Happy Birthday” — perfect for celebrating with friends ✨.

🌟 Pistachio Affogato (+48)
This pistachio ice cream affogato is delightful at first sight: the cup rim is coated with rich pistachio paste, the ice cream is paired with espresso and crunchy nuts, offering a rich yet not overly sweet flavor!

Overall, the dining experience is very good. The restaurant’s design is stylish, making it suitable for couples or friends to enjoy a relaxed brunch time.
