Hong Kong Japanese Cuisine Guide | Nth Visit for Air-Flown Sashimi and Hairy Crab!

Dining Omakase in Hong Kong always feels worthwhile! After work today, I went for Japanese cuisine again.

I got to enjoy my favorite hairy crab, which the chef specially shaped into a heart—so cute and sweet! I also savored ultra-fresh tuna, sea urchin, and Mikan sea bream, all of which were air-flown to Hong Kong for maximum freshness.

I was surprised to learn that Mikan sea bream is fed with mandarins during farming, which explains the subtle fragrance when eating it—absolutely delicious! The crab roe's freshness was also a delightful surprise, bursting with flavor. Being able to enjoy such fresh ingredients made me really happy.

The staff were attentive and enthusiastic, and after this dinner, I've already decided to come back next month.
