This restaurant in Two Herbs is quite popular recently. I go there from time to time because their food is not expensive and very down-to-earth! !
The founder is originally a Malay overseas Chinese, no wonder the restaurant also has some Malay food, such as bak kut teh, garlic pepper soup, etc., and also has different Hong Kong-style tea house food ~
。
🍛 Scrambled egg char siu rice
The scrambled egg is tender and delicate, the egg liquid is evenly distributed and shiny, the char siu is sweet and charred, I would say it is cheap and fragrant!
。
🍜 Char Siu Lard with Noodles
The noodles are crispy and bouncy, the aroma of lard permeates the noodles, the char siu is rich in flavor, and the overall balance is just right
。
🥢Egg stir-fried pork cha siu fan
This really must be eaten, the cha siu is more fragrant and crispy when fried, plus the egg is scrambled quite well, fried on a plate super fragrant! ! And added some soy sauce, the taste is even stronger ~
。
🥬Rape
I rarely eat vegetables when I go out to eat. When I see cabbage hearts, I ordered a plate of them. They are all cut and the strips are expensive and crispy. Remember to supplement your dietary fiber! !
。
🥤 Lemon barley water & white peach oolong cold brew tea
Lemon barley water is sweet and slightly sour, which helps to relieve heat and remove dampness
White peach oolong tea is fresh and cold, with a light and elegant peach fragrance. It is cool and refreshing
