SAVVY BBQ-Themed Dinner Buffet at Prince Hotel

Recently, I visited SAVVY, a restaurant under Prince Hotel, for their dinner buffet 😋. They are currently featuring a BBQ theme, offering freshly grilled teppanyaki abalone, beef cubes, and foie gras, along with luxurious seafood like lobster 🦞 and king crab 🦀!

In addition to the cold lobster platter, each table is also served a baked cheese lobster 🦞, allowing you to enjoy two different flavors at once ☺️. My top recommendation is the king crab—its meat is juicy, sweet, and incredibly meaty 😋.

The sashimi and sushi selection is quite extensive, with thickly sliced sashimi 😍🤤. My favorite is the salmon, which is rich and fatty 🍣, and the scallops are also very fresh and sweet!

The must-try freshly prepared hot dishes include wagyu beef cubes, grilled abalone, and foie gras. They are served hot, with rich flavors and melt-in-your-mouth textures—absolutely delicious 😋.

This time, there are also many Thai-themed dishes, such as boat noodles, tom yum soup, and curries. I highly recommend the boat noodles; the broth is aromatic and rich, absolutely delightful 🤤.

The dessert section features a chocolate fountain, various cakes, fruits, and even a DIY mango sticky rice station 😍. The most fun item is the freshly made chocolate-coated Oreo ice cream bar. Staff dip the ice cream bar into chocolate on the spot to create a crispy shell, and you can even choose your own toppings!
