Tin Shui Wai offers a wealth of dining options. This Taiwanese hot pot restaurant, located in Tianyao Plaza, offers a unique experience, offering an all-you-can-eat hot pot experience under the cherry blossom trees.
We ordered Set B, a 120-minute all-you-can-eat hot pot set with tomato hot pot, herbal hot pot, and a double-boiled hot pot base.
For hot pot meats, the Australian M7 beef brisket and Australian M7 rice loin are tender and smooth, while the selected beef short shank is rich and chewy. Lamb slices, Japanese Kagoshima Chamei pork with plums, and Spanish millet-fed pork with plums also offer a wide range of high-quality options.
The restaurant also offers a variety of Taiwanese snacks, including Taiwanese sausages, Yilan scallion patties, Tainan Chengfu shrimp rolls, spicy duck blood, and tempura, showcasing Taiwanese characteristics. The spicy duck blood is spicy and flavorful, while the Taiwanese sausage is sweet and crispy. The fried chicken wings and fried chicken are crispy and delicious, the durian bombs are bursting with sweet and crispy juices, and the pickled radish is crispy, sweet, and sour, making it a great appetizer. Vegetables like lettuce, baby cabbage, loofah, winter melon, and corn, along with a variety of meatballs, are essential accompaniments to hot pot.
A variety of Taiwanese-style milk teas and milk green teas, as well as Rouge Peach Blossom Black Tea and Magnolia Green Tea, are refreshing and invigorating.
Desserts like waffles, shaved ice, and taro ball grass jelly are also available, along with a selection of ice cream and popsicles for a delightful meal.
