One of the best parts of traveling is meeting friends who know the city inside-out. My HK friend took us to Yat Tung Heen 逸东轩 at Eaton HK, and wow… now I know why it’s Michelin-starred! 🌟

From the first bite of silky har gao 🦐 to the crispy, golden char siu bao 🥯, everything was refined yet comforting. Pair that with stories, laughter, and endless tea refills 🍵 — it wasn’t just about the food, but the whole experience of sharing authentic Cantonese dim sum in its best form.
