I specially ordered one of the signatures: steamed eel with garlic bean curd ✅ This dish specially uses Yangjiang bean curd, the sauce is delicate and not robbing the taste, with the strong garlic, so that the eel from the fish skin to the fish is soaked with soy sauce flavor, soft and savory aftertaste🤤
