#VisitHongKong Repulse Bay is a famous beach on Hong Kong Island, renowned for its beauty and luxurious atmosphere. Surrounded by condominiums and beach resorts, Repulse Bay boasts a long stretch of golden sand and crystal-clear waters, perfect for swimming, strolling along the beach, sunbathing, and enjoying various beach activities such as boardwalking, swimming, and picnicking. On weekends, the beach is packed with locals, tourists, and even Hong Kong workers, all staking out picnic spots. Some groups even dance and play music. For those seeking spiritual healing, a popular check-in point is the Kwan Im and Mazu Temple, located on the waterfront. The towering white statue of Kwan Im and various Chinese deities attracts many visitors. Alternatively, stroll along Repulse Bay Promenade for stunning sea and sunset views, or do some light shopping at The Pulse, a shopping mall with modern shops, restaurants, and cafes.
🚙 Getting there is very convenient. Take bus routes 6, 6A, 6X, 66, or 260 from Central (Exchange Square) for about 30 minutes. Alternatively, take a taxi for a more convenient trip.
