I just went to [Baheli Chaoshan Fresh Beef Hot Pot] in V Walk Shopping Center in Sham Shui Po with my friends to try the beef devil's paradise! 🐮🔥

As soon as you enter, you can feel the shop has a very Chaoshan flavor. The decoration is simple and clean, and there is a schedule of beef arrival. It can be seen that they are really demanding for "fresh". Not long after we sat down, the staff politely introduced the source of their beef - golden fat beef raised for 1000 days, delivered fresh every day, and also supplied by Wu Fung Hang, confidence guaranteed!

We ordered the original beef bone soup. The soup is sweet and not greasy, perfect for hot pot. The highlight is the "fresh meat four treasures platter", with fresh cut dragon meat, fresh cut spoon meat, fresh cut flower toe meat, fresh cut spoon handle, really each piece of meat is cut beautifully, thin and not scattered, cooked in the pot, tender and beef flavor, no sauce is good!

Also we tried:
- Fresh cut fatty beef, fresh cut dragon meat, fresh cut spoon meat: the oil distribution is so beautiful that it melts in your mouth
- Hand-beaten beef balls double: bouncy and juicy, very surprising
- Fruit and vegetable three-color noodles: a bowl at the end of hot pot, fresh and filling

Overall, this Baheli not only has beautiful beef, good service, and comfortable environment. No wonder it can open more than 200 directly operated stores across the country.
