Celebrating the New Car at a Trendy Ramen Spot in Yuen Long

Finally got my dream ride, so of course, I had to celebrate with Alex over a drink! 🍻 We headed to Yuen Long and discovered this trendy industrial-style spot, "Yechuan Ramen Deep Roast Bistro" 🏭.

We started with a sashimi platter to mark the occasion 🎊. The thick-cut salmon was rich and flavorful 🐟, the sweet shrimp was fresh and bouncy 🦐, the yellowtail was buttery and aromatic, and the scallops were refreshing and sweet. Everything was incredibly fresh 💯 and a perfect appetizer!

For the mains, we chose the "Signature Chunky Croissant Burger" 🍔. The beef patty was juicy 🥩, the croissant was crispy and fragrant, and the creamy caramel coffee ☕ perfectly balanced the flavors. Alex's pick, the "Cheesy Hell Seafood Ramen" 🍜, was a delightful surprise. The mildly spicy broth paired surprisingly well with the rich cheese 🧀, and the eye-catching "Shark Special Drink" 🦈, featuring a dramatic "shark bleeding" scene, was both amusing and pitiful! 🥲

Of course, no celebration is complete without draft beer! 🍺 The "Peach Draft Beer" was light and refreshing, perfect for sipping slowly 😌, while the "Suntory Premium Malt Beer" was rich in malt flavor and served in a generous portion, making it ideal for toasting 🥳.

The sesame chicken wings 🐓 and fried squid tentacles 🦑 were golden and crispy, perfect for pairing with drinks. This celebratory feast was both satisfying and indulgent, making this place the top choice for celebrations! 🎯
