🇭🇰 Fineprint｜The Uphill Brunch Classic in Central ☕️🥐

If you’ve been brunch-hopping around Hong Kong, you know Fineprint is a must-visit — but fair warning: getting there is a workout 😅 From Tsim Sha Tsui, we took the MTR to Central, and it felt like climbing a mini mountain to reach this spot 🧗🏻♀️💦 Totally worth it though!

🥣 Ricotta Toast
Fresh ricotta + juicy blueberries + drizzle of honey 🍯 — light, refreshing, and perfectly balanced. Even if you’re not into sweets, this one’s a win! 💙

🥑 Avo Toast
We went savory with this one and added smoked salmon & onsen egg 🍳 (no scrambled eggs here!). The salmon was so flavorful and fresh — a definite highlight 😍

☕️ Iced Latte (Oat & Soy Milk Versions)
Tried both — the soy milk version wins for me! Richer and creamier in flavor 🥛✨

🍴 Tips:
• The café is tiny, so expect a wait if you come on weekends.
• The front door area is super photogenic 📸 — great spot for a quick snap before your caffeine fix!
