Pa La-U Waterfall
Have you ever felt that just the sound of gently rustling leaves can heal your heart more than a million words?
We have proven this ourselves at Pa La-U Waterfall, a waterfall in the deep forest hidden in Kaeng Krachan National Park, Prachuap Khiri Khan Province.
The charm of Pa La-U
The path to the waterfall is full of large trees and the sounds of nature that soothe your heart.
There are 15 levels of the waterfall, but only about 5 levels are open to tourists. Each level has a pool where you can play in the cool and refreshing water.
The highlight is the school of Pla Pluang that swims in the crystal clear pool, making you feel like you have entered a fish paradise.
In the morning, you might see a flock of butterflies of various colors flying around, as beautiful as a scene in a movie.
Atmosphere
Quiet, peaceful, cool and comfortable like having natural air conditioning.
Suitable for those who want to “escape the chaos” to sit and listen to the quiet sounds of the forest.
No mobile phone signal = time to talk to yourself.

Travel
Starting from Hua Hin/Cha-am Drive west for about 60-70 km, it takes no more than 1.5 hours.
Set the coordinates to "Pa La-U Waterfall" or "Pa La-U Waterfall" on Google Maps.
When you reach the park checkpoint, you must register before entering and pay a small fee (Thai people 20 baht / car 30 baht).
Some parts of the entrance are gravel roads, but sedans can enter, just drive carefully.
---
Prepare before going up the waterfall.
Non-slip shoes are very important!
Dry clothes that are waterproof
Drinking water, snacks, and a bag for personal trash
A camera because every corner in the forest is an opportunity to capture memories
Pa La-U Waterfall may not be a flashy tourist attraction,
but its simplicity makes us realize that
sometimes what the heart wants... is just the sound of flowing water and beautiful trees. I recommend it.
