🚆 By Train
• Hualien Train Station → Chongde Station (local train, about 25 minutes) → Walk, rent a bike, or take a taxi to the viewing platform (about 2–3 km)

🚌 Public Transportation (less convenient)
Take Hualien Bus routes 1126, 1132, or 1140 (towards Taroko) and get off at "Chongde Station," then walk to the site.
