Okinawa's Kouri Island Sea Urchin Rice Bowl

The restaurant offers both indoor and outdoor seating, allowing you to enjoy the scenic views of Kouri Island while dining. After deciding on your meal, you can pay at the self-service ordering machine. I ordered the sea urchin rice bowl set meal, but unfortunately, it had a slightly bitter taste and lacked the fresh, original flavor.

I also tried the sea grapes, which had a popping texture and a hint of ocean flavor. The experience was quite novel, somewhat resembling salmon roe, but it's something I'd only try once.
