Every time I visit Hualien, I love to seek out the places locals truly enjoy. This time, I discovered the highly popular 'A-Goo's Restaurant' in Ji'an Township. The dishes here are full of homestyle flavors, making you feel as warm and nostalgic as visiting grandma's house.

The menu is rich and satisfying, and I highly recommend their signature peeled chili chicken soup and the incredibly flavorful fish-flavored omelet that pairs perfectly with rice. Every dish is made with authentic ingredients and minimal seasoning, embodying the classic homestyle taste that grows on you with every bite.
