🟠Jingdezhen Food
Jingdezhen is an area with a lot of spicy food!
There are a variety of spicy dishes that will make you sweat profusely.
One theory is that, because the mountainous terrain makes it hot in the summer, eating spicy food and sweating helps cool the body.

🟠Beef Bone Powder
A restaurant I found near the Taoxi River.
I tried a popular place.
For 30 NTD, I got plump beef bone soup noodles and beef bones, so it was great value! And it was delicious!
The beef bones were super spicy.

🟠Dumplings
These are also a Jingdezhen specialty.
I ate them at a beef bone powder restaurant.
The texture is different from regular gyoza, but it was really delicious!
Sticky?! The heavy dough is filled with ingredients like chives and meat.
By the way, the dumplings at this restaurant weren't spicy, but the ones I had for breakfast at the hotel were surprisingly spicy.

🟠Youtiao Bao Mochuan (Deep-fried dumplings with mochi filling)
This is also a Jingdezhen specialty.
A sweet treat made of fried tofu bread with mochi filling.
Super high in calories, lol.
It's definitely worth trying!
