Travel guides recommend Oyama Shrine as its iconic landmark, the Shinmon Gate (cover). This unique blend of traditional Japanese, Chinese, and European architectural styles has made it a major tourist attraction in Kanazawa. Since I'm a layman and don't understand architecture, and it was raining that day, I took my photos and left quickly!
