My favorite was the melon shortcake—the fresh, juicy melon paired perfectly with the light cream and fluffy cake.

I couldn’t resist and ended up ordering the apple pie too, which was warm, comforting, and absolutely delicious.

The café itself is full of charm, as it’s set in a renovated traditional Japanese house. The mix of history and modern treats makes it such a unique spot. If you’re in Izu, this is a must-visit for sweets lovers!
