Today, we chose Junka and Wasui!

Junka
A delicious dessert with chocolate mousse and organic blueberry sauce! The mousse becomes creamy in an instant! It was rich and delicious! ✨

Wasui
There were two types: one with organic smooth bean paste and light snow filling sandwiched between small monaka wafers, and another with yuzu bean paste and edible flowers. ♡

Both monaka wafers were filled with edible flowers, making them gorgeous and delicious. 🫧

I asked for a recommendation for tea, and I went with Tenku no Kocha. ♡
Apparently, the tea leaves are harvested on the border between Kagoshima and Kumamoto prefectures!
They even served it iced in a pot, and it was plentiful!

I had a lavender soda. 💜
The lavender in the forest is not too sweet, but it was carbonated and had a wonderful aroma. It was absolutely delicious. 🫧
