The visit to the mosque is a typical tourist trap. Tickets are required for entrance. Prima. But you also have to dress respectfully. We took this into account by bringing a headscarf and putting it on there. According to the outlet, this is insufficient and 'Muslim-worthy' clothing had to be rented. We decided to forgo this and admire the mosque from the outside. Tickets are also needed for this. We bought this one. However, this is a green strip along the water and road. Less than 2 meters from the public sidewalk, where taking photos was also possible, but without entrance. We have not been told and gratefully take advantage of the ignorance of visitors. I felt ripped off. It is not about earth-shattering sums, but still. Islam-related principles must give way to commerce.
