Amazing Rayavadee Experience

We were truly impressed by the warm welcome we received during check-in, with smiles and garlands greeting us at the entrance. The check-in process was quick and efficient, and we were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade. The breakfast spread was delightful, with great taste to match. The location is breathtaking, especially around Phranang Beach, which is absolutely picture-perfect. Our overall experience at Rayavadee was incredible, with everything from arrival to departure managed smoothly and beautifully. The staff, property, and hospitality were all outstanding. The only disappointments involved the spa and Grotto experiences. At the spa, I reserved a back, head, and neck massage, but only my back was actually massaged, and the neck massage was omitted. The head massage lasted a mere 2–3 minutes and was done dry, without oil. The session wrapped up earlier than scheduled, feeling rushed and not worth the expense. I wouldn't recommend the spa service here. The Grotto staff didn't seem very welcoming; it felt as though they were waiting for us to leave rather than serving with enjoyment and attention. Their focus appeared to be more on preparing for the evening setup. We also faced a confusing situation where a grilled dish we ordered was later claimed to be unavailable, which felt odd and unconvincing. Despite these two setbacks, everything else about our stay was perfect and immensely memorable. The resort is stunning, and we still highly recommend Rayavadee for its beauty, location, and stellar hospitality!
