[Australia] Cuddle a koala and feed a kangaroo?! Kuranda Koala Gardens

#0yentrip
When I visited Kuranda Village, I stopped off at the Kuranda Koala Gardens. It's a small zoo where animals unique to Australia gather, and is especially famous for being a place where you can see koalas. There are also kangaroos and wallabies in the zoo, and I was able to see them quite close up. The koalas were smaller than I expected, and they looked very cute when they were sleeping.
I was also able to feed the kangaroos and touch the wallabies, and was able to get close to the animals and spend a little time relaxing. The zoo itself isn't that large, so you can look around quickly, and I think it's a good spot even when you don't have much time. There is a service where you can hold a koala for a commemorative photo, and it is very popular, so it's a good idea to check in advance.
