Attraction💡: Upon entering Higashi Hongan-ji Temple, the most eye-catching building would be Mieido Hall (Founder's Hall), which is also one of the world's largest wooden structures. The huge temple ground also makes a good place to take leisure walk and explore the beautiful and serene Shosei-en Garden.

How to get there: From Kyoto station 🚉, take Karasuma Central Gate exit and walk about 5 minutes. You can also take Karasuma Subway Line to Gojo Station and walk for about 5 minutes.
