A Hidden Gem with Exceptional Hospitality

I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough; it's the sort of place you want to share with everyone but wish would remain a hidden treasure. The hospitality has been outstanding. The hotel's design and rooms are stunning, the rooftop views are magnificent, the private and public onsens are refreshing, and the food beautifully showcases the local culture. Most crucially, the staff. Words cannot adequately describe how extraordinary they are! Every aspect has been five-star, and we will definitely be returning to Soraniwa Terrace!
