The long-awaited terraced fields 💚 3 days 2 nights, solo extreme trip to Zhaoxing Dong Village & Tang'an Terraced Fields is here～

🚄Day 1 Friday night:
- Depart from Foshan West Station, arrive at Congjiang Station at 22:30
- Free tickets, nice! (Thanks to the ID starting with 4406 benefits, those poverty alleviation products I ate before were not in vain 😄)
- Super thoughtful homestay owner and his family of four picked me up with their private car, what a grand scene! Check in at Dong Village homestay at 23:00

🌞Day 2 Saturday:
- 8:00 wake up and check in for homestay breakfast, surprisingly there were rice noodle rolls 🤣 so funny, it really feels like I never left Guangdong Province
- Wander around the village in the morning and take beautiful photos 📸
- Met a Guangdong girl whose ID also starts with 4406 at noon, had a nice meal together splitting the bill
- In the afternoon, tried tie-dye handcraft, DIY a Dong Village style outfit, super cool
- 16:00 wanted to go to the terraced fields to watch the sunset, but all electric bikes were rented out 😭
- Had to take a shuttle bus + coach + shuttle bus combo route to reach Tang'an Terraced Fields
- The terraced fields sunset was truly stunning! Every snap looked like a masterpiece 🌅
- At night, teamed up with the Guangdong girl again to hunt for food and stroll around

☕Day 3 Sunday:
- Homestay breakfast was Youcha (oil tea), didn’t like it so the owner immediately switched to rice noodle rolls, that’s so Guangdong style!
- In the morning, spent 299 yuan on a travel photography package, makeup + photoshoot all in one 📸
- Continued eating with the girl at noon (PS: eating in Dong Village is really cheap!)
- In the afternoon, checked in at a popular mountaintop café, daydreaming and enjoying the view was super relaxing
- 17:00 set off for the return trip

⚠️Real feelings:
You can hear familiar Cantonese anytime in the Dong Village, neighbors, people in line, buying milk tea, all are from Guangdong 😂 even breakfast is exactly the same as in Guangzhou...
It really gives the illusion of "Did I even leave the province?"
But the terraced field scenery is worth it! Just not very cost-effective...
