I chose the special date of May 20th to visit Nanshan Bamboo Sea Scenic Area in Liyang, Jiangsu. After a tiring hike, I picked this stunningly beautiful homestay nearby.

When I opened the window at Meet Nanshan Landscape Boutique Homestay, endless bamboo waves rolled like green oceans - it felt like I could reach out and touch the emerald hues. Many visitors mistakenly believe this was the filming location for "Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon."

I stayed in the "Cloud View" room featuring floor-to-ceiling windows on two walls, bringing the outdoor scenery indoors. The private balcony became my perfect spot to quietly observe mist rising from the valley onto my terrace.

The butler served afternoon tea on my view balcony - enjoying treats while surrounded by bamboo forests made me feel life is truly worthwhile.

The rooftop boasts a spacious terrace with multiple Instagram-worthy photo spots - just snap casually and harvest countless likes on social media.

The outdoor lawn offers another gorgeous leisure space - gather friends for philosophical talks under tents, or swing alone on a hanging chair to revisit childhood memories.
