Luoyang Travel｜Chongdu Valley～A Great Summer Retreat, Worth It!

Starting from downtown Luoyang, it takes about 🚗 2 hours by car from Luorui LAIYUE Hotel (Lijingmen Cross Street Luoyi Ancient City Branch) to reach the scenic area.

Chongdu Valley Scenic Area offers two main routes: South Valley and West Valley.
📍 **South Valley** features waterfalls and streams, including the recently popular "Green Leaf Fairyland" and "Flower Sea Waterfall." Although the greenery and flowers are artificial, they make for great photos! The hike here is also relatively easy on the legs.
📍 **West Valley** has water stepping trails—bring sandals to enjoy the icy-cool water for a refreshing experience. Breathe in the fresh mountain air deeply!

This time, we took the sightseeing bus to West Valley, then a 30-minute cable car down from South Valley. Pet-friendly too! The entire trip took about 4 hours. Finally, we tried the "One Chicken, Two Ways" dish at Zhou Family Courtyard—highly recommended for its rich flavor!
