Wat Pa Dara Phirom is a third-class royal temple, the seventh of Chiang Mai Province. It is located in Rim Tai Subdistrict, Mae Rim District. It was originally an abandoned cemetery near the Dara Phirom Palace of Princess Dara Rasami, the consort of King Rama V. Phra Khru Winai Thon Man (Luang Pu Man Phurithatto) was invited to practice Dhamma, which made the villagers believe in it and help build the temple. It was first announced as a temple on December 21, 1938 and received the Visungkhamasima in 1979.
