[Shimane Prefecture] Yushien Garden: The largest stroll-style Japanese garden in the Sanin region

We went to "Yushien Garden" located on Daikon Island in Shimane Prefecture 🚗💨

This place is one of the largest pond-style Japanese gardens in Sanin, decorated with flowers and greenery of all seasons, and is especially famous for its peonies. In the indoor garden "Peony House", you can enjoy the "king of flowers" all year round, and exhibitions by top artists from Japan and abroad are also held every year!

When I visited, there were 100 varieties of colorful roses on display, selected by Rose Ambassador Sakurako Yagira, who is originally from Shimane Prefecture and currently lives in Paris.
