⛩️ Enmanji Basic Information

• Location: 4-49 Dogo Yuzuki-cho, Matsuyama-shi, Ehime Prefecture, about 2-3 minutes on foot from Dogo Onsen Street 
• Operating Hours: Approximately 8:00 AM or 7:00 PM to ~6:00 PM

🙏 How to Make a Wish - Summary of Procedures
1. Passing through the Torii (鳥居)
• Bow once as you pass through the small torii at the entrance
2. Order of Worship
• At the front of the main shrine
1. Bow lightly twice
2. Clap your hands twice
3. Put your hands together and make a wish
4. Bow once at the end
• Example wish: “Please make my love come true”, “Please give me peace of mind”, etc., a single sincere word



🎴 Fortune-telling & Souvenirs

Enmanji has a variety of goods that can help you check your love fortune, health, and fortune. They are especially popular with female travelers:
• Omusubidama:
- Approximately 300 yen each
- You can tie a wish into a colorful lucky bag-like knot ball or take it home.    
– You can take a small amulet or postcard after tying it, and there is a circulation system where the amulet is returned when your wish is granted
• ハイクу絵馬 (Haiku Ema)
– A picture frame-shaped ema (絵馬) on which a short poem in haiku format is written
– There is also a fortune-telling machine with 60 haiku on the theme of love written in advance 
• 俳句恋みくじ (Haiku Koi Mikuji)
– Haiku fortune-telling machine: You can have your love fortune told with haiku 



🗝️ Summary of the fortune-telling machine process
1. Prepare 100 yen to 300 yen coins
2. Put them in the offering box
3. Choose goods:
• Omusubidama / Haiku Ema / Haiku fortune-telling 4. Tie it with a wish or read the interpretation
5. Take good luck and tie bad luck inside the shrine
