SoftTime is located in a quiet neighborhood in front of Matsuyama Minatoyama Station.
It looks like a simple neighborhood restaurant from the outside, but the cozy atmosphere and the warm smile of the owner put my heart at ease as soon as I entered.
The neatly prepared lunch set menu had everything from grilled fish, side dishes, and warm miso soup, and the rice was especially delicious.
I can see why locals keep coming here.

After the meal, we even had soft-serve ice cream recommended by the owner!
The chewy and rich milk flavor was impressive, and it was a perfect sweet ending.
It's not fancy, but if you want to have a warm meal and rest during your trip, definitely stop by.
