The hotel exceeded our expectations! From when we checked in， the staff were extremely helpful and efficient. The room was spotless and beautifully equipped， offering stunning ocean views and all the needed amenities. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was outstanding， featuring a wide range of fresh and delicious dishes from different cuisines. The hotel has 5 wonderful restaurants， all delivering high-quality food and service. Special thanks to Chef Raman in the ‘Kangan’ restaurant， whose culinary expertise surpassed our expectations every time， embracing every request. The hotel is a place to relax and focus on well-being， and it truly delivers on that promise. From high-level management to housekeeping， the staff are respectfully polite and welcoming， eager to cater to your needs. Our room’s breathtaking ocean view was just a short walk from the pool. The hotel offers two pools， one for families and one exclusively for adults. Both pools were spacious and had a suitable depth. Spa services were available， including 24-hour access to the well-equipped gym.We’d like to mention these staff members who made our trip extra special: Pratisha (Duty Manager) – always accommodating， friendly， and bubbly， ensuring our stay was perfect， with activities like inviting us to a cooking class. Big thanks to you—it was a pleasure to meet you. Nowraj (Housekeeping Manager) – attentive and friendly， ensuring our needs were met， handling a food issue graciously. Yoan (Check-in) – warmly welcomed us with personal attention， always greeted us with a smile. Sakir (Concierge) - polite， professional， and highly knowledgeable， helping plan our days with his extensive island knowledge. Sandeep (Housekeeping) - well-mannered， attentive， ensured our room was clean and maintained with thoughtful touches like towel swans. Yassin (Buggy Driver) - polite， friendly， dedicated to helping， a great team asset. Kangan Team – Manager Pradeep， Chef Raman， Chef Govin， thank you for fantastic service and outstanding food. Fusion Team – Manager Dummin， Kevin， Chef， thanks for delicious， generous sushi servings. Mystique – Great Pan Asian dishes and entertaining DJ night. The Beach Grill – Delicious food and great service， a bit pricey， would prefer a la carte menu.Raja (Bar Manager) - gave us warm welcome and excellent service. Angel & Emy (Breakfast) - delightful omelettes from Angel and special smoothie from Emy， charming pair. Angel’s personal cooking session was enlightening. Kinsley (Entertainment Manager) - provided excellent nightly entertainment; his engagement and singing talents were admirable. Thank you!
