【Meizhou 3 Days 2 Nights! An Insanely Memorable Treasure Guide】

Plunging into Meizhou at the beginning of July, the Hakka culture and the beauty of the mountains and waters here completely captivated me. Now, I present this treasure guide to you with both hands!

📍Day 1: The Ancient Charm of the Hakka Capital
In the morning, visit the "China Hakka Museum" for free to learn about the past and present of Hakka culture. At noon, try Hakka stuffed tofu, fresh and juicy. In the afternoon, go to the "Ye Jianying Memorial Park" to pay tribute to the great man’s achievements; admission is free. Stroll through the "Dongshan Academy" at dusk to feel the weight of history. For dinner, enjoy pickled noodles and Sanjidi soup nearby—authentic and delicious.

📍Day 2: Yannanfei Tea Plantation
Early morning head to the "Yannanfei Tea Plantation Scenic Area," ticket price 80 RMB. Walk among the tea hills, breathe fresh air, and admire the tea garden scenery. Have lunch at the scenic area’s restaurant with specialty tea plantation dishes; the tea-flavored ribs are amazing. In the afternoon, experience tea picking and tea making to feel the charm of tea culture. Watch the sunset over the tea fields at dusk—breathtakingly beautiful.

📍Day 3: Exploring the Wei Long Houses
In the morning, visit the "Renhou Wen Memorial Hall," a typical Hakka Wei Long house, open for free. Appreciate exquisite wood carvings, stone carvings, and colorful paintings. At noon, eat Meicai Kou Rou (braised pork with preserved vegetables), rich but not greasy. In the afternoon, go to "Hua’e Building," a round earth building with a unique architectural style that amazes visitors. Before leaving, bring some Hakka Niangjiu (traditional rice wine) as a souvenir.

🏨 Stay in Meijiang District for convenient travel and affordable hotel prices.
💡 July in Meizhou is quite hot, so prepare for sun protection and heat prevention. Some attractions have many mosquitoes, so bring mosquito repellent.
