The Mianyang Chrysanthemum Exhibition Opens in Splendor

On October 25th, the 44th Mianyang Chrysanthemum Exhibition and the 38th Fuleshan Chrysanthemum Exhibition will open in full splendor. This chrysanthemum feast, continuing for 37 years, carries the theme "A City of Autumn Colors and Chrysanthemum Fragrance Filling the Garden," linking ancient Shu civilization, historical memories, and a new chapter for the city.

This year's exhibition features a dazzling array of highlights, showcasing over 100,000 chrysanthemum plants including spherical chrysanthemums, single-stem chrysanthemums, and artistic chrysanthemums, covering nearly 500 varieties. Alongside these are more than 100,000 pots of herbaceous flowers such as marigolds, decorating Fuleshan into a colorful autumnal painting.

Centered around the theme, 12 distinctive displays have been carefully crafted, including "A City of Autumn Colors and Chrysanthemum Fragrance Filling the Garden," "Mysterious Ancient Shu," and "Leisurely Sichuan, Joyful Tour in Mianyang," each carrying unique cultural connotations and contemporary significance. At the same time, a drip irrigation system and atomization devices create a misty, cloud-like ambiance, making the chrysanthemum art forms appear more vivid and lively.
